Rancho Escondido - Mountain ranch in Trinidad, Colorado The Rancho Escondido mountain ranch subdivision, rests at 7500-7900 feet in elevation, and is only 45 minutes from Trinidad, Colorado. on historic Highway 12, Colorado's "Highway of Legends". This mountain ranch has four units. Units 1 & 2 have approximately 19 parcels of five to thirty-five acre tracts. Some of these have water taps into the YWAM (Youth With A Mission) facility nearby. There are no covenants and no POA for these units. We market primarily Units 3 & 4, which are the premier mountain lots with the higher elevation, incredible rock outcroppings, open meadows, lots of useable land, ponderosa pine trees, and great views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Spanish Peaks.     Set-Back Requirements: There is a 15-foot wide non-exclusive common use easement running along the inside of all lot lines. Said easement will be kept open and unfenced and may be used by all owners, their successors, and assigns for such purposes as hiking, horseback riding, maintenance, utilities and other common benefit purposes.
